PRICES AND FREIGHT
All prices on this website are in British Pounds and Australian dollars. If you wish to calculate the cost of the boots in other currencies, please use the British Pounds price and go to our Currency Converter at the foot of this page.

The Australian dollar price (in brackets) is only applicable to boots purchased for delivery within Australia, and is inclusive of shipping by Registered Australia Post.

For overseas purchases, we use Australia Post's Airmail service, and a minimal shipping cost of £4.00 per item is incurred as your boots pass through the Shopping Cart. Airmail postage usually takes between 7 and 10 working days barring any hold-ups in customs.

Your order will be processed and the boots despatched within 3 working days following receipt of order, provided payment has been received.

PAYMENT
We only accept payment by Visa and Mastercard CREDIT CARDS. Please note we cannot process payments made using VISA ELECTRON CARDS or SWITCH/DEBIT CARDS.

We do however accept payment by cheque or bank deposit within the UK and Australia, but no goods are shipped until full payment is received.

SALES TAX
Prices are all exclusive of Australian GST but international customers are not charged any sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Please be aware that Kids Bootz is not responsible for these additional charges.

SIZES
All the sizes on this website are English. If you wish to convert the sizes to European or American, please click here for an international sizing chart.

BACKORDERS
If your choice of boot is not in stock, you will be informed by email and offered an alternative colour, or later delivery date. Back orders are not charged until they are ready for despatch.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
We are happy to exchange or refund any boots up to 28 days from their invoice date, provided we are informed of your intention prior to their return, and they are received in their original unworn condition. Footwear that has been used cannot be returned!

Please email us to request your return authorisation number and the returns address, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. With returned boots, provided all the above criteria are met, their value will be refunded less the cost of the initial postage and handling. In the case of both exchanges and returns, the cost of the freight and handling on the exchanged boots will be charged, plus a $10 processing/restocking fee.

FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty pair of boots, please contact us first to explain the problem. You may then be asked to return the boots to us, and a full refund will be offered including the cost of your own return postage. We do not offer refunds however, when the boots have clearly been damaged through blatant misuse, and refunds cannot be made any later than 2 months after date of purchase.

Use our currency converter at the bottom of this page to convert the prices on this website from British Sterling to your own currency.

However, please note that if you are paying by credit card, the figure which comes through on your monthly statement may be slightly different to the one provided on this site which is give purely as a guide. This is because credit card companies all use their own specific conversion rates when processing overseas purchases.
